55 Baker Street, a 1950s office building in Portland Stone, has brought the development’s four blocks and surrounding street back to life. A stunning retrofit project (working with Make Architects) we upgraded all areas from Philips Light Master Modular, including Basement Car Park Levels, Landlord Areas, Reception, Lift Lobbies & WC Areas for floors Ground through to 8th.
Gemini worked closely with London Regional Properties and consultants Focus FM to upgrade the outdated Philips Light Master Modular (LMM) system to a modern Dynalite solution. Collaboration with contractors like NeuxPark ensured the smooth transition, while ongoing maintenance and support are provided by Jaguar Building Services.

The system integrates various lighting controls, Crestron AV interfaces, and automated DALI emergency testing for a comprehensive solution across offices, car parks, and public spaces.
