The lighting control strategy focused on creating a flexible, user-friendly system that could adapt to the varying functions and occupancy levels throughout the leisure centre.

The Dynalite network supports sensors, scene setting, and touchscreen scheduling as well as local SELV switches which are ideal for public sports venues, while the Dynalite DALI network communicates with the luminaires and provides emergency lighting monitoring to give both operational efficiency and occupant comfort.

Reception staff are able to manage selected areas through touchscreen controls and scheduling interfaces, while the graphical System Manager front end provides an overall operational view of the lighting across the facility. Integration with the client booking system allows lighting operation to align with scheduled activities and room usage, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption while ensuring spaces are correctly lit when required.
